The Out n About Double nipper has two lie flat seat units so is suitable for Twins. Another popular choice is the Jane Powertwin which is a tandem style 3 wheeler double. It also has the ability to take either one or two baby car seats. This is also suitable for twins and take the Jane Rebel Pro car seats.
